Delicious Death

My lunch:

1 potato, well-chopped.
1/4 can corned beef.

Fry the above in a bit of oil until moderately crispy.
Add adobo marinade.
Cook a bit longer.
Arrange into circular "patty" that fits under small pan lid.
Crack egg on top of whole mess, cover immediately with lid.
Cook until egg is done.
Schedule angiogram.

See now, when I make that meal I tend to stick with some plain old Tabasco, and then I make a circle in the middle to drop the egg into.

Damnit, now I'm hungry.

I think onions and bell peppers count as veg, even when sauteed/pan fried.

Brent doesn't eat corned beef hash very often but when he does, I always end up wandering into the room wondering if he mistakenly bought dog food?!....It smells just like low-grade dog chow.
